Purchase & delivery terms


When ordering, an agreement on purchase will only be made when KattvikDesign AB confirmed the order through an e-mail order confirmation. The order confirmation is automatically generated by KattvikDesign's database without manual review. In the event of any inaccuracies in the statement of price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. As a customer, it is your obligation to read our purchase terms before ordering.

KattvikDesign AB only enters into an agreement with a legal person, or alternatively a minor with legal consent.



The prices include VAT of 25%. In case of confirmed order, the prices can only be changed by circumstances that KattvikDesign AB does not control, eg changed VAT. When buying outside the EU, costs for outgoing and re-entry are added.


Delivery time

Normal delivery time is for the moment 5-7 working days after we have received your order. This assumes that the product is in our warehouse. In cases where a product must be ordered from the supplier, the delivery time may be longer.


Delivery Delay

If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase at delivery delays. We will do everything we can to complete your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to dispense with all remuneration to customers regarding delivery delays.


Transport risk

We are responsible for the transport risk, provided that you have examined the goods and, in the event of a transport damage, this has been signed on the receipt by the driver. In case of complaint of transport damage, the signed receipt must be enclosed. If the goods are picked up at a delivery point, here too is the fact that the goods delivery note is signed by the person who issues the goods and that the delivery note is enclosed with a complaint. The transport risk means if the goods are damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You are responsible for the transport risk in the event of a return to us.


Unclaimed orders

If you do not redeem your package, you will be charged 16 Euros for our costs.

You can see the shipping cost at checkout before confirming the purchase.



KattvikDesign AB reports prices including VAT. Fee for ev. shipping is added as above. When buying outside the EU, costs for outgoing and re-entry are added.

You can choose from the following payment options:


Online Payment

We use Klarna with the main payment method for all our payments and you can pay by card, against invoice part payment or direct payment via your bank. Klarna's cash is simple and we do not charge for any of the payment methods, even invoice is free of charge with us and payments by credit card are secure and certified. We use 3D Secure which is a global security standard, developed by VISA and Mastercard for payments over the Internet. The money is transferred with SSL encryption, which means that no unauthorized person can see your card details. We do not issue or sell further addresses.


KattvikDesign AB is also connected to Paypal and you can choose to pay via your Paypal account.

Advance payment

If you do not have access to e-mail or do not want to pay with a credit card over the Internet, you can order at +46 431-26000.

Return and Right to change

You have 14 days return and exchange right, after you received the goods, with the money back. This assumes that the product is not used or broken and is returned in original packaging with associated packing material. Order number must be attached together with the return. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping.



In the event of a complaint or misdirection we ask you to contact us as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Return of a complaint is always done at our expense, but always contact us before you return an item.



Any refunds are made to your bank account, personal account, bank giro account or pay / credit card. Refund will be made within 10 working days from the time we have received and approved your return.


False orders

KattvikDesign AB police associates all false orders, fraud and attempted fraud.



Privacy and Security

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information such as name, address and telephone number and e-mail. In connection with your registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill our commitments to you. You also give through your registration your consent to us sending you offers and newsletters. You can unsubscribe from the mailing whenever you want. We also document all communications that we have with you via e-mail. KattvikDesign AB will not disclose your information to third parties.




We reserve the right for any printing errors in marketing and for outbound product range.
We have no obligation to deliver goods with obvious wrong pricing.
We do not guarantee that goods will be delivered within the stated time when unforeseen delays can occur.
We do not compensate for any inconvenience that may occur in the event of any delay.



Disputes arising from the application or interpretation of these terms and conditions shall in the first instance be resolved through negotiation between the customer and KattvikDesign AB. If these parties cannot agree, the dispute will be settled in Swedish court according to Swedish law. If you are not satisfied with our handling of your case, you are welcome to contact your local consumer adviser or the Public Complaints Board (ARN). We always follow ARN's recommendations.

Force majeure

Event such as war, natural disaster, labor market measures, government decisions, non-delivery of subcontractors, costly circumstances and, consequently, comparable events beyond our control, which could not be reasonably foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that we are exempted from their obligations to fulfill agreements.
